Ricardo did an outstanding job of burnishing the floors in our new studio. Due to an unexpected change in circumstances, we were suddenly on a really tight timeline and Ricardo pulled out all the stops to get us across the line. He explained the pros and cons of each of the finish types, And had a wealth of knowledge on how to get the best result.The quality of the finish is superb, the floor looks fantastic and is very smooth to walk on. Ricardo did an amazing job on our polished concrete flooring. Ricardo did a lot of preparation work because we initially planned to lay timber flooring so there was a lot of marks and a seal to remove first. The end result is a beautiful muted polished concrete finish that compliments the modern eco-design of the house. We highly recommend Ricardo.
